Terms of Service

1. Travel information and planning 旅行资讯与规划

City guides, sample itineraries and AI-generated plans are planning references. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Before making travel arrangements, confirm opening hours, prices, reservations, transport, entry requirements and local conditions with the relevant official source or service provider. An itinerary is not a ticket, reservation, visa decision or guarantee that a service will be available.

城市攻略、参考路线和 AI 生成行程用于规划参考，信息可能不完整、有误或过时。出行前，请向官方渠道或实际服务提供者核实开放时间、价格、预约、交通、入境要求及当地情况。行程内容不等于门票、预订、签证审批结果，也不保证相关服务一定可用。

2. Accounts and sign-in 账户与登录

Use accurate information and an email address or sign-in identity you are authorized to use. Protect your account credentials and do not impersonate another person or access another user's private records. Google sign-in, when available, is also subject to Google's terms and authentication requirements.

请使用真实、准确且有权使用的邮箱或登录身份，并妥善保护账户凭据。不得冒用他人身份或访问他人的私有记录。Google 登录开放时，同时适用 Google 的条款与身份验证要求。

3. Expert requests and final itineraries 专家申请与正式行程

Submitting a request sends your selected trip information and authorized contact details to the travel team. A submission receipt or reference ID confirms receipt of the request, not a confirmed booking, payment or acceptance of a particular service. Keep the reference ID for follow-up. A finalized itinerary is supplied after the team's review; an email marked as accepted by the sending service is not proof that the recipient has received or read it.

提交申请会将所选行程信息及授权的联系方式发送给旅行团队。提交回执或申请编号仅表示收到申请，不代表预订成功、付款完成或已承诺提供某项具体服务。请保留编号用于后续跟进。正式行程由团队审核后提供；邮件服务接收邮件不等于收件人已经收到或阅读。

If a paid service is proposed, its scope, price, cancellation and refund conditions must be separately stated and confirmed before payment. Sending a request alone does not authorize a charge.

如涉及收费服务，应在付款前另行明确并确认服务范围、价格、取消及退款条件。单独提交需求不构成扣费授权。

4. Travel credits 旅行积分

Travel credits are used for eligible planning functions on this website and are not currency. Claim conditions, available balances and generation costs are shown in the relevant interface. Server-confirmed credit records determine the result of a claim or generation task. Failed generation tasks are handled under the refund rules shown for that function. Do not create fraudulent accounts or manipulate the service to obtain credits improperly.

旅行积分用于本站适用的规划功能，不属于货币。领取条件、可用余额及生成消耗以相关操作页面展示为准，领取和生成结果以服务端确认的积分记录为准。生成失败按对应功能展示的规则处理积分退回。不得通过虚假账户或操纵服务不当获取积分。

5. Content ownership and watermarks 内容权利与水印

Website content and personalized itineraries may be protected by copyright and other rights. Unless permission, applicable law or the material's own license permits otherwise, use personalized itineraries for your own travel planning; do not resell them, redistribute them commercially or remove ownership notices and watermarks. Watermarked copies may include the request reference and a masked recipient identifier to identify the copy.

网站内容及个性化行程可能受版权及其他权利保护。除获得许可、适用法律允许或素材自身许可另有规定外，个性化行程仅供本人旅行规划使用，不得转售、擅自商业分发或移除权利声明与水印。水印版本可能包含申请编号及脱敏收件人标记，用于识别副本。

Third-party photographs, maps, fonts and other licensed material retain their respective licenses. These terms do not override permissions granted by those licenses. See the acknowledgements and licenses.

第三方照片、地图、字体及其他授权素材继续适用各自的许可，本条款不限制这些许可已经授予的权利。详见署名与许可说明。

6. Information you submit 提交的信息

Only submit material you have the right to provide, and include only the personal information needed for your request. You retain your rights in your submissions. Submission authorizes the processing needed to handle your request or display a review you have chosen to publish, subject to moderation and the Privacy Policy; it does not transfer ownership of your content.

请仅提交有权提供的内容，并尽量仅填写处理需求所必需的个人信息。你保留提交内容的相应权利。提交行为授权本站进行处理需求、或经审核展示你选择发布的评价所必需的处理，并受隐私政策约束；不代表转让内容所有权。

7. Responsible use 合理使用

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit spam or infringe other people's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or protect accounts and service security, subject to applicable law.

不得绕过访问控制、干扰服务、提交垃圾信息或侵犯他人的隐私及知识产权。为处理滥用行为、保护账户或服务安全，本站可依法采取必要的访问限制措施。

8. Availability, updates and your rights 可用性、更新与权利

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or changes to third-party services. If an action is shown as unconfirmed, check its status before repeating it. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date; separately confirmed service arrangements remain subject to their agreed terms. Nothing here excludes or limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

维护、故障或第三方服务变化期间，部分功能可能暂时不可用。如果操作显示尚未确认，请先核对状态再重试。本条款更新时会在本页标明新日期，已单独确认的服务安排仍以双方约定为准。本条款不排除或限制依法不得放弃的消费者权利及其他保障。
